Every offseason following the NHL Draft, we will have our Minor League Draft, consisting of 3 rounds. The four teams that missed playoffs will have a lottery to determine the order of the first four picks (first round only. Reverts to based on standings for remainder).
Lottery odds:
10th: 40%
9th: 30%
8th: 20%
7th: 10%
Eligible players:
Players must be either drafted (recent draft or prior years) or signed as an undrafted free agent. Drafted players are not required to be (but can be) signed to their ELC in order to be eligible (ex: Marco Kasper would be eligible).
