Any player, prospect or pick is eligible to be traded. Teams are responsible for staying under cap. You can trade Minor League picks for only the upcoming season (we might open this up later to 2 or 3 future years, but not now). We will have a trade deadline. Trades can be voided if they are deemed collusion or grossly irresponsible, but it's a high bar to reach that point.
